Little girl in a black dress

This was the fourth in my series of black paintings. The model here is of course my little princess plucking flowers. Crocheting this little dress was a labor of love. I used the Broomstick Lace stitch. Someday I might crochet a real dress for her with that same design. I better do it quickly though, since she is not getting any smaller.
